Awful communication, awful system running, no help even when desperately needed
Appalling and rude service on the phone. The lady told me in person about the days they are open late and that I could book an appointment while my registration went through as I have just moved to the area... Called this morning, waited half an hour on hold to be told "today isn't the late day". When I asked what days were late ones, she simply replied "it varies". I had to ask four times to just find out the answer to one simple question! Then at the end of the call she told me I was not able to book the appointment after all. Better communication among staff is greatly needed.
I don't know how they can run like they do, don't answer emails or calls! I can't even get a repeat prescription sent off. I don't know if it's due to staff shortage but it's terrible.
The most lazy useless doctors surgery I have ever been to, its like they are doing you a favour saying come back in 3 weeks for a appointment. Avoid if you can.
This is by far , with out doubt the worst Doctors surgery in all of Kent to many problems to list . Use at your own risk .
