Feel very frustrated at kings Hill pharmacy lately , I do believe pharmacist should have a lunch break of course but please surely some cover or alternative arrangment could be put in place so that people can still buy non prescription meds during this hour ?It is extremely frustrating , I don't remember there was ever this problem with previous pharmacist . I would like to see this issue sorted out please .
Staff are very friendly and switched on, I cant believe in this day and age where the pharmacist goes to lunch Monday to Friday between 2-3pm and you cant pick up your prescription at this time. THIS IS SO INCONVENIENT, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!. Yes the pharmacist is entitled to a lunch break but GET COVER AT THIS TIME!

This is nearly as bad as the doctors surgery round the corner. They manage to get the most simplistic of things wrong such a repeat prescription that stays the same every single month and has done for over two years now. Each time my wife goes to collect this there is nearly always an issue despite us doing everything by the book and on time our side. It really does need some restructuring as does West Malling/Kings Hill GP surgery!!! Please improve on the basics. However, I will say it's always clean and well presented.
